Droste Elektro has tremendous expertise in ships' electrical systems. During the past twenty years we have installed electrical systems in virtually every imaginable type of ship. In addition, we have grown to become a partner that helps clients consider every option and provides wide-ranging advice over every aspect that may have to do with ships' electrical systems.

This has resulted in a company possessing a wide-ranging, detailed knowledge of a great number of installations and systems. We have on-staff specialists in areas including electrical engineering, data communications, antenna applications, telephone systems, sound systems, and alarms systems for fire, security and other monitored conditions.

In past years Droste has outfitted more than thirty-five passenger ships and over ten suppliers with electrical propulsion with a complete electrical installation including every on-board system connected by wires. Many other companies in the branch also call upon Droste to perform specialty work in areas in which they lack expertise.
